The service

What community cleaning is designed to handle.

Community cleaning supports the shared spaces that shape daily life for residents and guests. Built for condominium associations, HOA boards, and property managers—not individual occupied units—the plan can cover lobbies, corridors, elevators, clubhouses, party rooms, fitness rooms, pool-deck surroundings, and other agreed common areas.

The complete process

Six clear steps from assessment to closeout.

The exact timing and methods depend on the property, but this sequence keeps expectations aligned.

  1. 01

    Community walkthrough

We walk the property with the manager or board contact to map entrances, lobbies, corridors, elevators, amenity spaces, restrooms, and exterior common areas.

  2. 02

    Zone and schedule plan

Tasks, frequency, service windows, access instructions, event calendars, resident traffic, and property-specific rules are documented for each included zone.

  3. 03

    Entrances and circulation areas

Lobbies, mail areas, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and shared touchpoints are cleaned according to the agreed checklist.

  4. 04

    Clubhouse and event spaces

Party rooms, clubhouses, shared kitchens, furniture surfaces, and restrooms receive the level of care defined for routine use or a scheduled event.

  5. 05

    Amenity-area care

Fitness rooms, pool-deck surroundings, outdoor seating, and other approved amenity areas are addressed without performing pool maintenance or specialty equipment service.

  6. 06

    Floors, waste, and closeout

Included floors are vacuumed or mopped by material, agreed common-area waste is moved to the property collection point, and priority zones receive a final review.

No. This service is designed for property-wide common areas managed by a condominium association, HOA, owner, or property-management team—not cleaning inside individual occupied units.
