Core responsibilities

Cleaning and maintenance
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum hallways, lobbies, stairs, and elevators.
  • Clean glass doors, polish metal fixtures, and dust common surfaces.
  • Empty indoor and outdoor trash cans and maintain dumpster areas.
  • Restock supplies in public restrooms and shared laundry rooms.
Groundskeeping and curb appeal
